Planet Data’s Brad Berkshire Receives Certified Computer Examiner Credential

Certification Highlights Planet Data’s Dedication to the Highest Professional and Ethical Standards

ELMSFORD, N.Y. – OCTOBER 3rd, 2011 – Planet Data, a global innovator in the creation and development of defensible legal technologies, services and solutions, today announced that Brad Berkshire, Vice President of Consulting Services, was awarded the credential of Certified Computer Examiner (CCE) by the International Society for Computer Examiners (ISFCE).

The ISFCE is an internationally recognized organization with the primary goal of creating and maintaining high standards for computer examiners worldwide. The CCE credential demonstrates competency and legitimacy in computer forensics.

With the border-jumping nature of computer-based crime the CCE credentials will equip Mr. Berkshire with the highest professional and ethical standards to produce unparalleled efficiencies and results for Planet Data clients.

To attain the CCE Mr. Berkshire, who manages the Collections Group within Planet Data and consults with clients in the areas of litigation and discovery management, had to adhere to the ISFCE strict code of ethics, pass a rigorous online examination and a forensic examination on at least three "test media."
