ELMSFORD, NY – Planet Data, the leading global provider of defensible, high-quality and cost-effective Early Case Assessment and Discovery Management services, today announced that it will exhibit at info360: AIIM Expo and Conference, which will take place April 20-22 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia. Howard Reissner, Esq., CEO of Planet Data, will participate in a panel on eDiscovery.

Planet Data will exhibit at Booth 1833 in the eDiscovery Pavilion, which provides a forum for attendees to learn and share concerns about compliance and eDiscovery technologies with their peers. The Planet Data booth will feature its new proprietary web-based early case assessment platform, Exego, designed to provide clients with a cost-effective advantage in managing large volumes of Electronically Stored Information (ESI) data, as well as its other best-in-class technologies.

The eDiscovery panel, "eDiscovery Megatrends 2010: New Technologies, New Rules," will take place on April 20, 2010 at 12:30 p.m. at the Doculabs LIVE! Theater, located at Booth 1741. The panel, moderated by James Watson of Doculabs, will examine the biggest trends in discovery management and litigation readiness, including tackling Early Case Assessment (ECA), capturing information disseminated across multiple social networking platforms, weighing the costs and benefits of in-house vs. outsourced discovery management and litigation support. Planet Data's Howard Reissner will focus on the risk/reward aspect of an eDiscovery investment.

"The specific focus on eDiscovery at info360 highlights the increasing importance of eDiscovery's role in litigation," said Mr. Reissner. "More and more, corporations and legal counsel are recognizing the risks of devoting insufficient resources to eDiscovery and realizing the benefits of investing in defensible discovery management solutions. I look forward to joining industry leaders to discuss the most pressing issues surrounding eDiscovery and to share our expertise in discovery management best practices."
