Judge Michael M. Baylson - United States District Court, Eastern District
Pennsylvania - Judge M. Baylson is one of the few members of the legal community to offer an opinion on the rule. As the recent author of the Rhoads Industries, Inc v. Building Materials Corp. of Am. opinions, he's in a unique position to offer guidance and discuss the implications of the new rule. Michael M. Baylson was appointed to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania by President George W. Bush and took office on July 12, 2002. He was born in Philadelphia in 1939, and graduated from Cheltenham High School (1957), the Wharton School of Finance & Commerce (B.S. Econ., 1961) and the Law School (LL.B.,1964) of the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. David J. Kessler - Partner, Drinker Biddle and Reath - is a partner in the firm's Intellectual Property Practice Group and a founding member of the firm's E-Discovery and Data Management Task Force (EDDM). David is national e-discovery counsel for several of the firm's clients and routinely counsels companies with respect to both strategic and tactical discovery concerns. David is also an intellectual property litigator and has represented clients in patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret and licensing cases.

Mr. James J. Stricker - Partner, Kasowitz Benson Torres and Friedman - Jim Stricker's practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including class action litigation in courts throughout the country involving product liability, toxic tort, and securities law. Jim has represented a wide variety of clients, including chemical companies, utilities, food conglomerates, telecommunication companies, and financial institutions.

Howard J.
